Chateau La Faviere Bordeaux Superieur 2011

The aroma of wine abound tones of ripe red fruit, black currant and blackberry. The underlying palette of deep notes of wood and truffles in combination can provide a rich aroma of the cigar.
Chateau La Faviere – dry red wine created from a blend of red grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, grown in Bordeaux Syuperiёr. The average age of the vines is 35 years. Grapes are picked at peak maturity then berries are pre cold maceration for 72 hours. Exposure of wine takes place in oak barrels for 12 months.
Vintage 2011 was awarded a bronze medal at the competition “Decanter World Wine Awards” in 2014.
