Cartlidge & Browne Cabernet Sauvignon
Founded over 30 years ago in Saint Helena, California, original owners Tony Cartlidge and Glenn Browne sought after their Wine Country dream-making only the highest quality, premium wines from California AVAs. With the flexibility to source and produce wine from the finest vineyards in California – Sonoma Coast, Mendocino and into the Sierra Foothills – Cartlidge & Browne seeks to supply wines that are food friendly, full-bodied and European in style.
A deep garnet in color, the Cartlidge and Browne Cabernet gives an immediate impression of ripeness and density with its rich aromas of cassis, plum, fig, and black cherry, buttressed by inviting notes of cocoa, cedar, vanilla oak spice and sweet tobacco. Its expansive mouth feel and generous texture highlight dramatic flavors of roasted black fruits, espresso, anise, and toffee.
